K-2 GRADE ART CLASSES
(S2) “After-School Creative Calm” for students in grades K-2, Instructor: Tara Smith
Tuesdays, April 21, 28, May 5, 12, from 5 to 5:45 p.m.
A gentle, creative space for students to decompress after school through art. This program invites kids to slow down, explore different materials, and express themselves in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Art activities are designed to support creativity, confidence, and emotional expression. There is no pressure to be “good at art” - only an invitation to enjoy the process. Students learn to trust their ideas, respect others’ creativity, and build
community through shared creative time. A perfect way to end the school day with calm and creativity.
SPRING ART CLASSES
Registration for all classes begins Monday, March 2 at 10 a.m. Registration closes when a class becomes full.
PLEASE NOTE: Projects are repeated from session one in session two.
Patrons may register in both of the four-week sessions, but NOT the same class in both sessions.
SNOW SEASON—ANNUAL REMINDER
The North Canton Public Library closes independently from other community organizations, such as North Canton City Schools. Students will be notified via email when we close due to weather. When in doubt, please check our website.
