Event Details

Kristie is a yoga teacher for all people with a contagious enthusiasm for the practice itself. She knows how valuable cultivating a healthy relationship with body and mind is in order to strengthen the resilience needed to face life’s challenges and to fortify the presence required to bask in life’s joys. Kristie was blessed with an introduction to yoga through her mother at the age of four, and has since utilized yoga as an essential ingredient to her total well-being. She has taught yoga in many settings for over a decade to a diverse range of groups and individuals. She blends insights from the yoga mat with her background in education, her experiences building community and her life as wife, mother and friend to create a yoga fit for the moment. Kristie’s yoga certifications include 200hr RYT from Kripalu (2011), 500hr E-RYT from Asheville (2013) Yoga Center, Children’s Yoga (2015), Trauma-Informed Yoga (2017), Mindfulness and more.
