Learn about and decide which type of vegetarianism (vegan, lacto-vegetarian, lacto-ovo-vegetarian, ovo-vegetarian, flexitarian, proletarian, and fruitarian) is best for you.  Learn how to eat healthy, even if you live with a family of omnivores.  Presenter will be Katherine Anderson, dietician at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital.
