Canton native, William “Bill” McDonald, Jr. joined the Marines in 1952 to impress a girl. When he was sent to a base in Japan during the Korean War, his life took a turn he never saw coming. Join us for a presentation on A Marine’s Story: Of War and Enduring Love - the story of Bill’s wartime experience and the lengths to which he went to be with the woman he loved.  Question, answer, and discussion session to follow after the presentation.
