Specs' Birthday Party!

Stop by the library to celebrate our favorite gecko’s first birthday!
We’ll have free cupcakes and plenty of birthday cheer as we celebrate a whole year with Specs, our beloved library gecko. Everyone’s invited — and Specs has just one birthday wish: to help her animal friends at Clover Field Wildlife Center.

Bring a gift!
Clover Field cares for all kinds of rescued and recovering wildlife, and they rely on community donations to keep going. If you’d like to help, please consider bringing a gift from their Wildlife Wish List:
• Raw, unsalted nuts or acorns

• Raw, unsalted sunflower seeds

• Timothy hay

• Non-clumping cat litter

• Purina Cat Chow or Kitten Chow

• Blue Wilderness Chicken 
   Puppy Kibble

• Towels (all sizes)

• Baby receiving blankets

• Bungee cords

• Paper towels, bleach, dish soap

• High-efficiency laundry detergent 
   or sheets

• Heating pads (non-auto shut-off)

• Puppy training pee pads

• Pet carriers (new or gently used)
