This program empowers teens to make healthier food choices by teaching them how to create simple, nutritious snacks using basic ingredients. Through hands-on learning, participants will learn about balanced nutrition, food safety, and the benefits of healthy eating habits.  Presented by Holly Bandy, educator at The Ohio State University’s College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Science.
