Consciousness is the basis of everything that we experience in life. When we are stressed out, overloaded, or tired-we do not fully enjoy life. 14 Technologies of Consciousness include Transcendental Meditation, aroma therapy, breathing techniques, yoga asanas, and other modalities to improve our health and quality of life. I will give an overview of these modalities, and teach a simple breathing exercise that is calming and relaxing.
